Financial Due Diligence

Most of our projects are related to a Buyer-initiated Financial Due Diligence. Privately held U.S. or Canadian companies are often times neither subject to an annual audit nor required to publicize their Financial Statements. As such, the Buy-side Financial Due Diligence is an integral element of information gathering in a Transaction and allows for a critical inquiry into the business and financial risks of the Target Company.

Based on the historical Financial Statements and the Business Plan of the Target Company, a Financial Due Diligence focuses on deal-critical topics which regularly include Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, and Net Debt. We will tailor our scope of work with you prior to commencing our analyses and will update you on a regular basis to ensure that you are informed early on about any roadblocks and potential deal breakers.
