Stefan Größbacher is the Partner-in-Charge of our Austrian Practice in the U.S. and the first point of contact for Austrian Management, Business Owners, Investors and Start-ups. Stefan is an Austrian tax advisor (“Steuerberater”) and auditor (“Wirtschaftsprüfer”) as well as U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a trusted advisor of Advantage Austria and the Austrian Trade Commission (Wirtschaftskammer Österreich) as well as member of the Austrian organization Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer (IWP). With more than 18 years of public accounting experience in Austria and the U.S., he is the appointed auditor of a large number of subsidiaries of Austrian multinational companies in the U.S., and also advises companies in tax and business related questions that plan to enter the U.S. market. Stefan is an expert for US-GAAP to Austrian GAAP (UGB) conversion.
