Financial Bookkeeping and Reporting

Our BPO personnel are extremely familiar with U.S. financial bookkeeping and reporting and can assist you in establishing an appropriate accounting model. We can support you in creating accounting/bookkeeping procedures. We can provide you with a standard chart of accounts for the new U.S. subsidiary. Or, if it is more beneficial, we can use the chart of accounts used by the Parent company and include any specific accounts needed for U.S. reporting. We assist some clients with periodic reporting packages required by the Parent and conversions from U.S. GAAP to home country GAAP if needed.
