• Attorney's Fee Act (das Gesetz über die Vergütung der Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte or RVG);
• Code of Specialist Lawyers (die Fachanwaltsordnung or FAO);
• Code of Conduct for Lawyers of the European Union (Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Gemeinschaft);

The rules of professional conduct applicable to public audit firms include:

• the Public Accountant Act (die Wirtschaftsprüferordnung or WPO)
• Professional Charter for public auditors and chartered accountants (Berufssatzung für Wirtschaftsprüfer und vereidigte Buchprüfer or BS WP/vBP);
• Charter for Quality Assurance (Satzung für Qualitätskontrolle); and
• the regulation governing the professional liability insurance of Public Auditors (Wirtschaftsprüfer-Berufshaftpflichtverordnung or WPBHV).
