Financial Statement Compilations

Rödl & Partner can perform financial statement compilation services on client provided information in accordance with Statement of Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS) or International Standards on Related Services (ISRS) 4410.

Our compilation report will include a statement that the we have not audited or reviewed the financial statements, nor were we required to perform any procedures to verify the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by management and, accordingly, we do not express an opinion, a conclusion, or any assurance on the financial statements.
