Rödl & Partner advises SLS Group on its acquisition of supplier for radiopharmaceutical logistics Associated Couriers Inc.

Atlanta, Georgia, December 16, 2020: Rödl & Partner advised the SLS Group on its acquisition of St. Louis, MO based Associated Couriers Inc. Associated Couriers Inc. was founded in 1977 and provides courier solutions to a broad client base including medical, pharmaceutical and life sciences. The courier and delivery service provider specializes in the radiopharmaceutical and e-commerce segments in 38 U.S. states via 15 logistic hubs and more than 100 employees.

Rödl & Partner's U.S. transaction services team led by Frank Breitenfeldt acted as the exclusive financial and tax advisor to SLS Group. Key service areas included buy-side financial and tax due diligence. The transaction was completed on November 6, 2020.
