Rödl & Partner advises WILO on its acquisition of PLAD Equipment Ltd.

Atlanta, Georgia, December 2023: Rödl & Partner advised WILO Canada Inc., a subsidiary of WILO SE, on its acquisition of PLAD Equipment Ltd, a Canadian company specialized primarily in pump manufacturing and distribution. Furthermore, PLAD also offers services for pump repair and machining solutions. 

The acquisition of PLAD will enhance WILO's strategic market position in Canada. It will enable WILO to seize a greater share of the rapidly growing sectors, particularly in pre-packaged systems and irrigation, thereby reinforcing the company's capacity to provide locally manufactured products to its customers.
