Bureau of Economic Analysis Surveys

​The Bureau of Economic Analysis, a department within the U.S. Department of Commerce, is responsible for creating economic statistics which help gauge the performance of the U.S. economy. In order to accumulate the necessary data, foreign entities are required to complete various quarterly, annual and five-year surveys. While some surveys are applicable only when contacted by the Bureau, others are required at specified time frames regardless of whether correspondence is received from the Department of Commerce. For more detailed information please see Rödl Tax Matters.
