Rödl & Partner USA offers specifically tailored accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting services to the unique needs of European owned businesses in the United States of America. This focus allows us to provide high quality services with an all-encompassing understanding of the needs of both, U.S. and Danish tax and accounting regulations. State Authorized Public Accountant Kenneth Damsgaard Sørensen is the Director-in-Charge of our Danish Practice and the first point of contact for Danish Management, Business Owners, Investors and Start-ups. Kenneth has more than 15 years of public accounting experience from Denmark and the UK and a member of the Danish organization FSR - Danish Auditors.

Through a close collaboration between our colleagues in the U.S. and our office in Copenhagen, we are able to coordinate services on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean and meet your need for multijurisdictional support. We are also collaborating with the Danish tax advisors and auditors of our clients on a regular basis.
